This will be an opportunity to go deeper in your Yoga & Meditation Practice. There will be a yoga class of deepening practice Satyananda style with Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Yoga Nidra. We will also work with a live healing  sound journey and discussion and questions and answers with Soraya and Terry.

• Yoga Nidra is a wonderful meditation practice that can be practiced by anybody. It is deeply rejuvenating and re-balancing to all levels of your being physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga Nidra can be practiced after surgery or during chronic or acute illness as a powerful healing modality. It is a systematic practice adapted from ancient yogic meditations by the Master Paramahamsa Satyananda. Terry and Soraya will also share the power of healing sound. Terry is a master of the Flute and his music is deeply healing. Soraya accompanies him on crystal bowls, symphonic gongs,  percussion and voice. This workshop is suitable for everyone. Please bring your yoga mat, cushions, blankets, water etc for comfort.

We had so much fun at our last Goddess Day by popular request I have been asked to run it again.This is a sharing, anointing, nurturing & feasting with Soraya at Mandala. In ancient times women gathered to support each other, bathing (feet), anointing, talking, singing, sharing and feasting. It is time to reawaken these ancient rituals. Like the  time spent in the "red tent" let us again support and honor the feminine. This is a Goddess day.
